Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
We believe your privacy is paramount. That’s why we designed this app to work without ever collecting your personal data. Period.
WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your personal data. Ever.
- No analytics or tracking
- No user accounts or profiles
- No location data sent to servers
- No device identifiers
- No usage statistics
- No personal information whatsoever
HOW THE APP WORKS
The app stores your saved location points directly on your device and uses your phone's sensors to display a compass pointing toward them.
- Local Storage: All your data is stored locally on your device.
- iCloud Sync: If you enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted and synchronized between your own devices via Apple’s private infrastructure. Nothing is stored on our servers.
- Permissions: We request access to Location Services and the Compass solely to calculate direction and distance. This data is processed in real-time on your device and never leaves it.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data collection SDKs. The app does not connect to any external servers controlled by us or third parties.
OUR BUSINESS MODEL
We sell the app. We do not sell your data because we do not collect it. It’s that simple. Your privacy is not a product; it’s a baseline.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we ever need to change this policy (which is highly unlikely given that we collect nothing), we will update this document and notify you. However, if we aren’t collecting data today, there is very little that could change tomorrow.
In short: Your data stays on your device. We don’t see it, we don’t want it, and we don’t need it. Enjoy the app!
